Vinification process

Fermentation in stainless steel at controlled temperature.

Ageing process: the wine is fined in barriques of French oak from Troncai, Allier and Vosges for a period of 8-10 months, depending on the grapes.

Organoleptic Characteristic

A strong ruby red colour. A fruit smell, bold, with the scent of spices, roasted nut and a delicious hint of liquoirice and tar. Soft and delicate to the palate with a high concentration and a good maturity of tannins.
